I'm Donnetta — a 36-year-old mom with a full-time day job, doing my best to make it all work. By choice, I show up for my health, my joy, and my peace.
This space exists because women like me — busy, driven, figuring it out — don't always see themselves in wellness content. I'm here to change that.
I document what I actually do: the workouts, the wellness spaces and events I visit, what I eat, and the tips that actually help — so you know what to expect before you try it yourself.
